Directions
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
- Step 2
- Spread chips over a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with beans, cheese and red pepper. Bake for 10–15 minutes.
- Step 3
- Top with mashed avocado, green onions and cilantro. Serve with salsa.
