Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup

- 2 tbsp
- cane sugar
- 30 ml
- 1 tbsp
- psyllium husk powder
- 15 ml
- 2 tsp
- apple cider vinegar
- 10 ml
- 2 1⁄2 cup
- sparkling water, cold
- 625 ml
- Ice cubes, to taste
Directions
- Step 1
- In a blender, purée all of the ingredients except for the sparkling water and ice cubes until smooth. Strain through a sieve, if desired. Compost the residue.
- Step 2
- Divide the raspberry purée and sparkling water between two large glasses. Add ice cubes.
Tips
- Chef’s tipThe raspberries can be replaced by another fruit of your choice, such as mangoes, strawberries, blackberries, etc.
