Description
The oil and seeds of the camelina have a taste of sesame and hazelnuts that blends perfectly in your salads. Try this recipe by Signé Caméline!
Ingredients
- 400 grams
 - halloumi cheese, sliced
 
- 4 cups
 - spinach, roughly chopped
 
- 4
 - Lebanese cucumbers, sliced
 
- 3 cups
 - strawberries, quartered
 
- 2
 - shallots, minced
 
- 1 tbsp.
 - Signé Caméline roasted camelina seeds
 
- 2 tbsp.
 - Signé Caméline roasted camelina oil
 
- 3 tbsp.
 - white balsamic vinegar
 
- 1 tbsp.
 - Signé Caméline camelina honey
 
- Salt and pepper
 
Directions
- Step 1
 - On the BBQ or in a pan, grill the halloumi slices until golden. Remove from the heat, cut into cubes, and set aside.
 
- Step 2
 - In a salad bowl, toss together the grilled halloumi, spinach, cucumbers, strawberries, shallots, roasted camelina seeds, roasted camelina oil, white balsamic vinegar, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.

 - Serve right away and enjoy!
